    Chris Fraser PCC

    Director and ADHD Coach

I worked in Spain, Italy, and Greece teaching English and leading a team in the humanitarian sector before joining the Bank of England. I trained as an ADHD coach at ADDCA, gaining ACCG accreditation on the Advanced programme as well is my ICF PCC.

The transformative impact this process had on my relationship with my own ADHD is what I aim to bring to my clients.

I coach professionals from all walks of life—creatives, leaders, and everyone in between. With lived experience and a particular interest in the intersection of disability and ADHD, my approach focuses on partnering with clients to unlock and harness their ADHD strengths.
