    Chris Fraser PCC

Director, ADHD Coach, Supervisor and Trainer.

In my life before coaching, I taught English all over Europe and lead a team in the humanitarian sector before joining the Bank of England. I trained as an ADHD Coach at ADDCA.

The transformative impact this process had on my relationship with my own ADHD is what I aim to bring to my clients.

I coach professionals from all walks of life—creatives, leaders, and everyone in between. With lived experience and a particular interest in the intersection of disability and ADHD, my approach focuses on partnering with clients to work with their ADHD strengths.

I train and supervise ADHD coaches at SOAC - School of ADHD Coaching

  • Fred Ellis

    ADHD Coach

Fred’s passion for ADHD coaching stems from his own lived experience. In his 20s, while working in a fast-paced tech startup, he discovered his challenges aligned with inattentive ADHD. Coaching enabled him to better understand his mind, rebuild confidence, and develop effective strategies for lasting change. Today, he helps clients embrace strengths and overcome obstacles with empathy, insight, and practical tools, focusing on late-diagnosed adults, young professionals, and creative thinkers.

I support adults with ADHD to thrive. Together, we’ll focus on your strengths, befriend your unique brain, and develop the compassionate resilience needed to face the challenges and opportunities of neurodiversity.

I completed ADDCA’s advanced ADHD Coach training while founder & CEO of civic tech charity Local Welcome. During Covid we created ADHD Together, an online peer support group for ADHDers. I am now focused on coaching and exploring how AI might improve the experience of neurodiversity.
