    Chris Fraser PCC

Managing Director, ADHD Coach, Supervisor and Trainer

In my life before coaching, I taught English all over Europe and lead a team in the humanitarian sector before joining the Bank of England. I trained as an ADHD Coach at ADDCA.

The transformative impact this process had on my relationship with my own ADHD is what I aim to bring to my clients.

I coach professionals from all walks of life—creatives, leaders, and everyone in between. With lived experience and a particular interest in the intersection of disability and ADHD, my approach focuses on partnering with clients to work with their ADHD strengths.

I train and supervise ADHD coaches at SOAC - School of ADHD Coaching

    Fred Ellis

    ADHD Coach

Fred’s passion for ADHD coaching stems from his own lived experience. In his 20s, while working in a fast-paced tech startup, he discovered his challenges aligned with inattentive ADHD.
