‘Coaching has been a safe space for me to explore how ADHD traits have impacted my past, what I can do in the present and how I can accommodate for my future with these traits in mind. I've begun to think a lot more positively about myself since starting coaching and found that the topics we cover in sessions have been enlightening and transformative.’

— Charlotte, ADHD Coaching client

How we work

It’s a partnership

We will work together on what matters most to you, as equal partners. Coaching is about collaboration, not being told what works best for you.

Someone who gets you

All of our coaches live ADHD - either through having it or by working with it for hundreds of hours. So we get where you’re coming from. That means not having to explain who you are, giving us more time to focus on you.

You are the expert

Your experience of ADHD is unique and you’ve developed a lifetime of knowledge of your ADHD traits. We will help you uncover this information and make full use of it to help you build an approach that works for you.

Strengths based approach

The impact of ADHD can mean your strengths are undiscovered or forgotten. We will find out what they are and use them to tackle the challenges you face as well as amplifying what you’re best at.

Professionally Certified

We are all trained to the gold standard of ADHD coaching at ADDCA - one of just a few ICF accredited ADHD coaching schools in the world.

Pricing
