  • A young man with short dark hair, a beard, and a piercing in his left ear, smiling while sitting under a large tree in a park on a sunny day.

    Fred Ellis

Fred’s passion for ADHD coaching stems from his own lived experience. In his 20s, while working in a fast-paced tech startup, he discovered his challenges aligned with inattentive ADHD. Coaching enabled him to better understand his mind, rebuild confidence, and develop effective strategies for lasting change.

Today, he helps clients embrace strengths and overcome obstacles with empathy, insight, and practical tools, focusing on late-diagnosed adults, young professionals, and creative thinkers.

  • Young woman smiling, wearing glasses and a pink and black scarf, standing on a tiled outdoor terrace with a view of classic European-style buildings and the ocean in the background during sunset.

With over 10 years advocating for neurodivergent people, they have authored national guidance, lobbied for equitable law change, and worked across national charities (including the National Autistic Society) and local government. Combining lived experience with speech and language therapy and ADDCA training, they provide neuro-affirming, practical coaching to co-create sustainable work and life systems.
