  • A young man with short dark hair, a beard, and a piercing in his left ear, smiling while sitting under a large tree in a park on a sunny day.

    Fred Ellis

Fred’s passion for ADHD coaching stems from his own lived experience. In his 20s, while working in a fast-paced tech startup, he discovered his challenges aligned with inattentive ADHD. Coaching enabled him to better understand his mind, rebuild confidence, and develop effective strategies for lasting change.

Today, he helps clients embrace strengths and overcome obstacles with empathy, insight, and practical tools, focusing on late-diagnosed adults, young professionals, and creative thinkers.
