Work with your ADHD, with us

ADHD Coaching support for Professionals.

Delivered by ICF qualified coaches specialising in ADHD and neurodiversity.

What is ADHD Coaching and how does it work?

ADHD coaching is a collaborative process that helps you understand how your ADHD affects daily life and find practical strategies that suit the way your brain works.

We take a strengths based approach, focusing on what’s already working as well as what feels challenging. Together with your coach you can explore patterns, habits and goals to build greater clarity and self-understanding.

Sessions combine reflection with practical action, so insights quickly turn into real-world steps.

Coaching often supports areas such as overwhelm, motivation, emotional regulation, organisation, confidence, and communication.

Rather than offering one-size-fits-all systems, ADHD coaching is tailored to you helping you work with your ADHD, not against it, and build on your natural strengths.

How we work

  • It's a partnership

We will work together on what matters most to you, as equal partners. Coaching is about collaboration, not being told what works best for you.

  • Someone who gets you

All of our coaches live ADHD - either through having it or by working with it for hundreds of hours. So we get where you’re coming from. That means not having to explain who you are, giving us more time to focus on you.

  • You are the expert

Your experience of ADHD is unique and you’ve developed a lifetime of knowledge of your ADHD traits. We will help you uncover this information and make full use of it to help you build an approach that works for you.

  • Strengths based approach

The impact of ADHD can mean your strengths are undiscovered or forgotten. We will find out what they are and use them to tackle the challenges you face as well as amplifying what you’re best at.

  • Professionally certified

We are all ICF qualified coaches, widely regarded as the gold standard in coaching worldwide

What makes us different?

All of our coaches are professionally trained and accredited through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

The ICF is the leading body for coaching - a global symbol of excellence, integrity, and commitment to the highest professional standards.

Each of our coaches is:

  • ICF trained

  • An ICF member

  • Bound by the ICF Code of Ethics

  • Committed to ongoing professional development

ICF accreditation requires coaching experience (including observed coaching assessments), coach-specific education and mentor coaching to ensure competency against internationally recognised standards. It is not a short course or self certification.

This allows our clients to have confidence and reassurance that support is delivered by qualified coaches who provide structured, ethical and evidence informed sessions.

We also offer a free consultation to help you find the right coach.

My coaching sessions have made me realise what I can actually do by myself and with the support from my coach; I have been guided through an extremely difficult time in my life. From start to finish, I have learned so many skills and techniques that will benefit me in my life going forward’
